Our Key Stage One children had a treat last week, as Flopsy the rabbit came to stay in school. The children thoroughly enjoyed looking after Flopsy and had fun learning how to care for him.
The children learnt how to clean out the rabbit cage, how to feed the rabbit and much more. It is safe to say the children are now experts on rabbits!
Each class in Key Stage One had the chance to look after Flopsy. They used their newly acquired knowledge to write instructions for how to look after a rabbit.
All of the children loved the experience and we were really sad to say goodbye to Flopsy on Friday!
