We have a complaints procedure which you can follow if you have concerns. Your first port of call is informally to the class teacher.
If in the unlikely event the teacher cannot deal with your concerns, then a more senior teacher or the head teacher may be able to help you.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss any issues you may have. Please come into school and if Mr Kavanagh or a member of staff cannot see you immediately, you will be able to make an appointment to discuss your concerns at a mutually convenient time.
If you feel your concerns have not been addressed then you may want to consider a more formal approach to the Governing Body through the School and Governor Support Service based at County Hall.
