CULTURAL CAPITAL

Pupils will have the opportunity to: 

  • Visit local churches. 
  • Visit Durham Cathedral. 
  • Visit places of worship in the region.  
  • Take part in the ‘Easter Journey’ at the local church.  
  • Take part in Christmas services. 
  • Take part in events which celebrate Harvest.  
  • Support local causes such as foodbanks and local charities such as the Solan, Connor, Fawcett Family Cancer Trust.
