CULTURAL CAPITAL 

Children will learn about key, relevant figures from Art ranging from Da Vinci to Kandinsky. Over their time at Broom Cottages Primary and Nursery School, children will:

· Develop an understanding of local artists, designers and crafters.

· Experience local galleries.

· Undertake hands on workshop experience with an Artist/Designer/Crafter.

· Through visits and visitor experiences, become increasingly familiar with Art and Design career opportunities available in the work place.
